I have enjoyed pottery for about thirty years through college day and evening classes.

I recently turned a small summer house in my garden into a pottery studio and bought a brand new Rhode electric kiln so that I could take more control of the creative process and take my hobby to the next level.

About four years ago I began to explore using porcelain.  I now hand-build, rolling the clay to bring out its natural translucency.  I imprint patterns using old lace or natural objects and allow these patterns to create fluid lines.

Most of my pieces are left unglazed allowing the natural light to shine through.

I am currently exploring my interest in mould-making using different glazes and building up my kiln experience.
